30 days

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Condition

Items must be unworn and in a resaleable condition, with any pouch or packaging they arrived in. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty.

How to return

Email us with your order number and what you would like to do. We will send return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives damaged or breaks in normal wear within 30 days, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it. You will not need to return a broken bracelet first.

The contribution

If you cancel before dispatch, the contribution is cancelled with the order. If you return an item after that month's contributions have already been spent on food, we do not claw the money back out of the operation — we absorb it.
